You refers to  the individual accessing or using the Service, or the Company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

We may arrange for specialized staff to attend the class session to ensure the quality of teaching and for academic analysis. After you refuse or withdraw your consent, We will stop processing the-related information. This may compromise related services, but it will not affect your use of other functions of Alif-B-C.

2.1.3 Academic Performance Data

In order to provide You and your Child with personalized services for the Child's learning experience, We will collect the Child's class duration, study time, and other academic performance based metrics. The collection of the academic performance data will allow Us to analyze and process relevant information before showing You, your Child's academic performance reports and recommendations. You can contact Us through the contact information publicized in this Privacy Policy to refuse or withdraw the provision of the above-mentioned child information. After you refuse or withdraw your consent, We will stop processing academic performance-related data, and you will not be able to obtain related services, but it will not affect your use Other functions of Alif-B-C.

2.1.4 Ticket Resolution

When you contact us, We may save your communication/call records, content and the contact information you leave in order to contact or help You solve problems, or record the solutions and results of related problems.

Such information is to facilitate the connection between the Child and teachers and to provide your Child with a personalized learning experience, birthday wishes and other personalized services. You can refuse to provide such information but this maybe at the expense of a more personalized learning experience for your Child.

·      To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which We offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.

·      To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

2.2.2 For Business Transfers

Before cancelling Your Account, We will verify your personal identity, security status, and equipment information etc. You must know and understand that the act of cancelling Your Account is irreversible. Proceeding the cancellation, We will delete relevant personal information or anonymize it, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

11.0 Informing you of the suspension of operations

If We cease operations, We will promptly stop the collection of your personal information, notify You of the suspension of operations by delivery of announcement and delete or anonymize the personal information We hold. However, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
